We offer standard delivery on orders over 500€ in Europe. Please choose this delivery option during checkout.

The shipping cost depends on the piece(s) you want to buy and the overall package we have to send you.
Delivery times are 2-5 business days and are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Taxes and duties
The prices of the piece(s) are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
For orders outside of the EU : all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date of the Delivery Confirmation, by sending us an email informing of your decision to cancel the order at firstname.lastname@example.org. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to have sent your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you have been charged for any items, we will process a refund once we have received the item back, which will not include the cost of standard delivery.
As for interior objects, when you receive the items, you may handle them to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Acceptable handling of the items is that which would reasonably be allowed in a shop. Items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered, and any labels or tags must be intact. If your handling goes beyond what is acceptable and the items are damaged or diminished in value, we will not reimburse you.
As for clothes, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in original condition for refund or exchange.
Please return the items using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.
We only accept returns made by post. You may send back the items to the address that we will provide once you have contacted us by email (email@example.com). You must pay for the postage cost for returning the items and send the item in the same package that you received it, including a print out of the electronic receipt.
After examining the items, we will inform you of whether you have the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 30 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to cancel. Notwithstanding this, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the items back, or until you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is earlier. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us, as indicated above. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also consider that you may pay potential customs duties.
As for clothes, should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at memori.studio. This also works for home interior objects.
