One of a kind reversible workwear vest made from an antique French quilt with two beautiful printed fabrics. One side has a patchwork of yellow mustard fabric and red one with geometric quilted motifs while the other side has a purple and parma background with very small repetitive flowers motif. Relaxed cut. Two patch pockets. Button closure.
