Highly decorative coffee table in acid-etched brass from the 1970s, signed Christian Krekels, 1977. The magnificent decorative top with its highly detailed engraved lines seems to float above the base. The use of golden brass as the primary colour illuminates the piece and reinforces the landscape created by the artist with these textured forms.
